Heard. Mr. Killedar, learned Counsel for the respondent no.3, upon instructions makes a statement that the petitioner was not granted approval because some other teacher by name Birajdar was to be absolved with respondent no.4. He submits that said Birajdar has now been absolved somewhere else. He further states that if the respondent nos.4 and 5 makes a fresh proposal for petitioner's approval, the approval decision would be taken within the period of pps

The petitioner is agreeable to this suggestion of the respondent no.3. Mr. Kapadnis, learned Counsel for the respondent nos. 4 and 5 also undertakes to make such proposal to the respondent no.3 within the period of two weeks from today. Statement accepted. 3.

In the light of the above, we dispose of the petition by passing following order:

i) The respondent nos.4 and 5 shall make a fresh proposal to the respondent no.3 for petitioner's approval as Assistant Teacher, within the period of two weeks from today.

ii) The respondent no.3 shall take appropriate decision on the above proposal within the period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the proposal and shall communicate the decision to the respondent nos.4 and 5.
