This is an application for relaxation of condition imposed by this court by order dated 1.7.2014, thereby directing the applicant to report to the concerned police station on every Sunday between 6.00 to 8.00p.m. till the conclusion of the trial or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicants are farmers and hailing from the lower strata of the society and it is difficult for them to attend the police station on every Sunday. Learned APP. on the other hand submitted that the applicant may be directed to attend the concerned police station on Sunday between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon in the alternate week i.e. once in fortnight. After taking into consideration the facts mentioned in the application the order dated 1.7.2014 is hereby modified and the applicants are

2 /2 APPP-585-15 directed to attend the concerned police station on Sunday once in fortnight between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon till the conclusion of the trial. The applicants are granted liberty to file fresh application for relaxation of condition if the trial does not commence within a period of one year from today. Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
