The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in C.R. No. 175/2013. 2.

So long as the statement made by the complainant, the present applicant is identified by his lawyer and both of them have agreed to amicably settle the matter.

In this background, the learned I.O. is present in the Court. The learned APP makes a categorical statement that custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required.

In view thereof, in the event of arrest, the applicant be released on P.R. Bond of Rs. 20,000 (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with one or two sureties in the like amount. 5.
