By this Civil Application applicant is seeking condonation of 3 years 235 days delay in >ling First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 20.09.2005 passed by Civil Judge, Senior Division, Barshi, Dist. Solapur in Land Acquisition Reference No. 668 of 2002.

Considering the submissions made by learned Counsel for the applicant, averments made in civil application, I am satis>ed that the applicant has made out case for allowing this Civil Application. Hence, following order :- S.C.Magar

916.caf.1778.2013.doc a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b), which reads thus :- "(b) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone 3 years 235 days of delay in >ling above mentioned First Appeal against the Judgment and Award dated 20.09.2005 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Barshi, District Solapur in L.A.R. No.668 of 2002;"

b) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. c) No order as to costs.
