On 9th February 2023, we noted Mr Nargolkar's statement that special arrangements had been made on 16th, 17th and 18th February 2023 by the offices of the Sub-Registrar, Kalyan-5 and Ulhasnagar-3 to accept documents from the Contempt Petitioners for registration. These dates were specifically earmarked for the executants, who are Contempt Petitioners. We appreciated the efforts.

We also said that if the executants missed this special opportunity window, it would not be made available again. Mr Nargolkar reports that hardly seven or eight people came, and that too with incomplete documents which could not possibly be registered.

Today, applications for adjournment are made on behalf of the Petitioners. We have no desire to spend time, especially when our list is this crowded, by indulging Contempt Petitioners like this.
