By this Application the Applicant has sought to condone the delay of 26 days in filing the first appeal against the Judgment and Award dated 23/02/2016 in claim petition No. MACP/461/2013 MACT, Kolhapur.

In view of the reason stated in para 4 to 7 of the Application Tauseef

54-CAF.3519.2016.doc which in my considered view constitute sufficient cause, the delay is condoned.

Appeal be registered. Learned Counsel Mr. Shinde waives service on behalf of the Respondent No. 1 and 2. Issue notice to Respondent No. 3 and 4.
