The applicant is seeking permission to travel Dubai between 21st July, 2017 to 25th July, 2017. The applicant was permitted to travel abroad on the earlier occasions by this Court. The applicant has annexed the earlier orders granting permission to travel abroad. 3.

Learned advocate Mr. Venegaonkar appearing for respondent no.2 submits that he has no objection for granting relief sought in this application.

Hence, I pass the following order.

:: ORDER ::

(i) The applicant is permitted to travel to Dubai between 21st July, 2017 till 25th July, 2017.

(ii) Before leaving the Country, the applicant is directed to provide details of his journey to Enforcement Directorate, Mumbai.

(iii) After the applicant returns from Dubai he should intimate about the same to the Enforcement Directorate, Mumbai. (iv) Criminal Application No.617 of 2017 stands disposed of. [PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.] 2/2
