All the appellants and respondent no.1 the only contesting respondent are present before this Court. They in presence of their advocates, agree that the consent terms are explained to them by their respective advocates and they agree to the terms. The respondent no.1 agrees that she has received cash of Rs.1,00,000/- and two cheques of Rs.17 lacs each are delivered to her in my presence and she has no claim or any right in the said property.

The consent terms are accepted.

The judgment and decree of the 1st Appellate Court is set aside. The consent decree shall be drawn up accordingly. Learned advocate for the appellant if necessary, shall take steps for registration of the consent terms.
