2. Learned APP has submitted a report dated 13.06.2022. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The said report states that the Petitioner has been released on emergency parole on 15.05.2020.

3. The Application dated 15.05.2017 of the Petitioner is for seeking appointment as watchman, which was made prior to his release. The competent authority is directed to reconsider the case of the Petitioner afresh after he surrenders in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from today.

4. The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
