The learned A.G.P. filed Affidavit-in-Reply of respondent no.6, Uttam Dnyandeo Shedge, Talathi - Kalwa, Dist. Thane. Same is taken on record. He submitted in paragraph 4 that he already restored the Mutation Entry No.191 and cancelled Mutation Entry No.1379 by effecting Mutation Entry No.1380 and 1381. To that effect he has placed on record copy of 7 x 12 extract on page 101. In view Mohite 1/2
