After arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial of the applicant is expedited, having regard to the age of the prosecutrix, lest, she forgets the incident, due to passage of time. The learned Judge to conclude the case as expeditiously as possible and preferably within one year from the date of receipt of this order, on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this application.
