This is an application filed by the applicant through Jail seeking expeditious hearing of her appeal being Criminal Appeal No.433 of 2014 or in the alternative prays for her enlargement on bail. 2.

Without going into the merits, as to whether the applicant is entitled to bail or not, the prayer for expeditious disposal of the applicant's appeal is allowed.

Accordingly, the aforesaid Appeal be added to the Final Hearing Board, at its appropriate place, in the week commencing from 13th December, 2016.
