The prayer is vacating ad-interim stay granted by this Court. The issue is whether at the time of disposing of a Contempt Petition, the Court can pass a substantive order disturbing the custody of the minor child with the help of the police. Since this issue will have to be gone into when the Appeal is fixed on 29 August 2016, at this stage, we are not 1/2
