The Application is filed by the Employees State Insurance Corporation, seeking condonation of delay of 70 days in filing the First Appeal. After considering the rival contentions and the averments made in the Application, case is made out for condonation of delay in filing the First Appeal. Civil Application is accordingly allowed.

Place the First Appeal on board as per its C.M.I.S. date, after all office objections are removed.
