3] Undisputedly the said order dated 4th July 2017 passed by the Tahsildar is appealable under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. 4] Under the circumstances, with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal against the impugned order before the appellate authority, we 1/2

5] In case in the said appeal the petitioner submits an application for grant of interim custody of the vehicle, container and the material, the said application shall be considered and decided by the appellate authority as expeditiously as possible but in any case not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of such application. 6] With the aforesaid directions and liberty, the petition is disposed of.
