Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

By an order dated 15.7.2015, the applicant had withdrawn Anticipatory Bail Application Nos. 982 of 2015 and 983 of 2015 with liberty to surrender before the concerned Court. The applicant was protected till 5 p.m. of 23rd July, 2015.

The learned counsel for the applicant has placed on record the medical case history and medical certificate of his mother Mrs. Sakina Khatri who has suffered from Acute Coronary Syndrome with Accelerated Hypertension with diabetes, etc. The learned counsel submits that the

Mhi 2 APPP-587-15.sxw mother is to be shifted to Hinduja Hospital and therefore on humanitarian ground seeks extension of time to surrender. On humanitarian ground, the time is extended till 5 p.m. of 31st July, 2015. The applicant shall not seek any further extension.

The application is allowed in the above terms and stands disposed of.
