At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly submitted that, against the impugned Order dated 28.12.2016 passed by Respondent No.1, a substantive appeal u/s.32(B) of the Maharashtra Stamp Act, 1958 would be maintainable before the Deputy Inspector General and Controller of Stamp (H.Q.) Pune.

He therefore seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file the said substantive statutory appeal before Respondent No.2.

Leave and liberty granted.
