Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner is challenging the order dated 13.6.2016 passed by learned Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune in RTS Revision No. 195 of 2016 refusing to grant ad-interim relief.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of the orders passed by Sub Divisional Officer and Collector dated 13.2.2012 and 23.3.2016 respondent may make application for carrying out amendment / correction in mutation entry in respect of Mohite 1/2

905 wp11613-16 suit property i.e. Gut No.108/2 and 108/33 situated at Ghodegaon, Tal.Ambegaon Dist.Pune. He submits that Revision Application is pending before the learned Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune on its own merits.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that revenue record is already amended on 24.9.2016. To that effect, he has placed on record copy of original extract of Registrar 8-A. In view of subsequent development, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition. Hence, same stands rejected.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, hearing of RTS Revision No.195 of 2016 is expedited. JUDGE Mohite 2/2
