1] In view of investigation carried out til this date and unexplained delay in lodging F.I.R., in my opinion, the Ad-interim protection ordered needs to be confirmed.

(i) In the event of arrest of applicant in C.R. No. 969/2021 registered with Malwani Police Station, Mumbai, for offence punishable under Sections 354, 509, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections, 8 & 12 of the Protection of Children from 1/2

11.2103.21 aba.doc Sexual Offences Act, 2012, he shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(ii) Applicant shall neither influence prosecution witnesses in any manner nor tamper with evidence. (iii) Applicant shall not establish contact, directly or indirectly, with the victim or her family members. 2] Application stands disposed of.
