As the learned A.P.P. pointed out that supplementary charge-sheet has been filed against the applicant/accused, the learned advocate appearing for the applicant submits that he is withdrawing the present application if liberty is granted to him to approach the Sessions Court afresh. 2.

As supplementary charge-sheet has been filed against the applicant, he is permitted to withdraw the application with a liberty to approach the Sessions Court afresh.

If such application is filed, considering the fact that the applicant is behind bars for more than five months as stated by the learned advocate for the applicant, the learned Sessions Judge shall make every endevour to dispose of the application expeditiously.
