It is an application for bringing the legal representatives of the applicant on record. Sitaram, was the Respondent in Second Appeal No.635 of 1990. The said appeal was disposed of on 24th November, 2016. Thereafter, Application was filed under Rule 41 Order 29 which is pending before this Court. Pending the said application, Sitaram died on 31st January, 2018 and, therefore, this application to bring his heirs on record is preferred. Delay of 62 days is caused in preferring this application, condonation of which is also sought. Shivgan 1/4
Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Application of the same nature filed by the Corespondent Shankar (Now deceased) was allowed by this Court.
That for the reasons stated in the Application, delay is condoned. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The applicant to carry out consequential amendment within 14 days from today. Application is disposed of.

Sitaram was respondent in Second Appeal No.349 of 1990. The Second Appeal was decided and disposed of on 24th November, 2016. Thereafter, an application was filedunder Order 41 Rule 21 being Application No.1110 of 2018. During the pendency of this application, Sitaram died on 31st January, 2018 and, therefore, the present application is filed to bring heirs of the deceased Sitaram on record. Delay of 62 days is caused in preferring this appeal of which Shivgan 3/4
condonation is sought.
