Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this application, the Applicant seeks his enlargement on bail in connection with C.R.No.259 of 2018 registered with the Amboli Police Station, Mumbai, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406, 420 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
Perused the papers. The applicant is the husband of the complainant - Deepika Sakat. According to the complainant, she got
2/4 acquainted with the applicant in 2015 on Facebook. According to the complainant, she got married with the applicant on 10th March, 2017 at Vishweshwar Temple, Bandra, Mumbai, and thereafter performed Court Marriage as the applicant had told her that his parents would not accept her. It is alleged that after the marriage was solemnized, the applicant started demanding money from her for purchasing a motor vehicle. The complainant has alleged that in May 2017, she pledged her jewellery with Muthoot Finance Limited and gave Rs.2,78,500/- to the applicant and his mother. The complainant has stated that she gave a total amount of Rs.5,81,496/- to the applicant before and after the marriage. According to the complainant, in June, 2017, she learnt that the applicant had falsely represented that he was a Maratha.
She has also alleged that she found 4 photographs of a girl in the applicant's pocket and that the applicant was friendly with the said girl. She has stated that when she enquired about the said photographs, the applicant and his mother started abusing and assaulting her. She has further alleged that in March 2018, she learnt that the applicant had got married to one Ramya Poojary on 29th March, 2018. Pursuant thereto, the complainant lodged the aforesaid complaint, alleging the aforesaid offences. The applicant is in custody since November, 2018. Investigation is complete and charge-sheet is filed and as such further detention of the applicant is not warranted.

Considering the aforesaid, the application is allowed and the applicant is enlarged on bail on the following terms and conditions:-
ORDER
(i) The Applicant be released on cash bail in the sum of Rs. 15,000/-, for a period of six weeks;
(ii) The Applicant shall within the said period of six weeks, furnish P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount; (iii) The Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to influence/contact the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case;
(iv) The Applicant shall inform latest place of residence and mobile contact number immediately after being released and/or change of residence or mobile details, if any, from time to time to the trial Court as well as to the concerned Police Station, in writing; (v) The Applicant shall co-operate in the conduct of the trial and shall attend the trial Court on every date of hearing, unless exempted by the trial Court.

The Application is allowed and disposed of in above terms. 6.
It is made clear, that the observations made herein are prima facie, and the trial Court shall decide the case on its own merits, in accordance with law, uninfluenced by the observations made in this order. 7.
