The learned Counsel for the Applicant, on the basis of instructions received, seeks leave to withdraw the civil revision application. 2.

It is further submitted that although the revision emanates from Special Civil Suit 590/2017, the dispute as such has its genesis in certain proceedings which have commenced much earlier, inter alia Special Civil Suit 61/2005 and the arbitration proceedings conducted thereafter. The request is that the learned trial Judge be directed to expedite the suit. 3.

The request is reasonable.

While the civil revision application is disposed of as withdrawn, the learned trial Judge is requested to expedite the hearing of the suit and to decide the same within twelve months from the date of framing of the issues.
