The Learned Government Pleader Shri A.B. Vagyani on the basis of the written instructions received vide letter dated 24th September, 2018 of the Joint Secretary Shri Sanjay Gokhale of the Urban Development Department, Government of Maharashtra, makes a statement that the representations of the Petitioners dated 19/11/2013 and 7/5/2014 would be considered and decided by the State Government within six weeks from date i.e. on or before 6th November, 2018. The letter dated 24th September, 2018 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view of the said statement made by the Learned Government Pleader, it is not necessary to keep the above Writ Petition pending. We expect State Government to take an appropriate decision in respect of the petitioners' representations as above within aforesaid time frame and if need be give a personal audience to the petitioners, if they so desire, and the decision be communicated to the petitioners.

With the directions as aforesaid, the above Writ Petition is disposed of. Put for compliance on 4th December, 2018.
