ORDER :

The Petitioner by this Writ Petition filed on 15 July 2015 is seeking correction to the date of Birth as the representation filed by the Petitioner to correct his date of Birth from 1.9.1958 to 14.9.1959 and representation made to Respondent no.2 in the year 2005 is not yet decided.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, but we are declined to entertain the present Petition at this stage as the representation

2/2 wp7730.15RNG so filed is not yet decided. The Petitioner has already retired on 31 December 2015. Therefore, present Petition is disposed of with liberty to approach if the representation is decided adversely against the Petitioner. No costs.
