By the above Misc.Civil Application, the Applicant Wife seeks transfer of proceedings bearing HMP No. 1349 of 2014 filed by the Respondent Husband from the Family Court at Nagpur to the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan at Kalyan.

Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Both the parties are educated. The Applicant-wife is an Engineer working in the Company known as Global Solution. The Respondent-husband is a Graduate, doing business at Nagpur. 3.

Both the parties have agreed to conduct the proceedings through Video Conferencing.

If the Court at Kalyan is not equipped to conduct the matter through video conferencing, the Applicant undertakes to provide a laptop and other

The Learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent-husband states that if there are any arrears payable towards maintenance, the same shall be cleared within a period of two weeks from today. The said Undertaking is accepted. 6.

The Miscellaneous Civil Application (St) No.19549 of 2016 is accordingly disposed off.
