The earlier application preferred by the applicant was rejected by order dated 7th March 2019. However, while rejecting the said application it was observed that, in the event, trial is not concluded within one year, applicant will be at liberty to apply afresh for bail. The period of one year has not lapsed. Hence, no ground is made out for entertaining this application at this stage. However, the applicant will be open to the applicant to prefer fresh application in accordance with liberty granted by this Court vide order dated 7th March, 2019.
