(i) Appeal No. 1960 of 2009 filed by the appellants/original claimants is partly allowed with costs. (ii) Appeal No. 304 of 2001 filed by the Insurance company is dismissed. Parties to bear the costs. 28.

Parties to act upon the authenticated copy of the order." 3.

The original order dated 30th June, 2016 stands modified accordingly.
