This is an application filed by the State seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal seeking enlargement of sentence awarded to the Respondent in ACB Special Case No.3 of 2015 vide judgment and order dated 31st March, 2018. The delay is of 24 days.

For the reasons assigned in paragraph Nos.2 and 3, the delay needs to be condoned in the interest of justice. Criminal application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and stands disposed of. Appeal to be registered.
