On the date when it was first listed, it came to be adjourned at the request of the petitioner's advocate.

Then it appeared on 7th January, 2014 on which date, the notice was issued to the respondents.

Thereafter, it has appeared on 23 occasions, but though the advocate was present, no attempt has been made to seek any relief. Though it has been listed repeatedly on our Board and M.M.Salgaonkar

(912) wp-8148-13.doc could not be taken up for want of time, we do not find any request being made by the advocate for the petitioner to take it up. 5.

We are of the clear view that the petitioner is no longer interested in seeking any relief for she is absent today when this matter was listed and on the Supplementary Board and called out.
