Applicant was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 6th February, 2017. While passing the said order, the applicant was directed not to reside in village Tulshi till the conclusion of the trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that she is a lady and the role attributed to her is of assault on Ravindra. The deceased is one Anjanibai, who was assaulted by others. It is submitted that the co-accused has been granted bail by this Court, but there is no condition to remain out of the jurisdiction of village Tulshi. rpa 2/2 922-appp-806-18.doc can be relaxed with an alternate condition that the applicant shall report Padgha Police Station, Bhiwandi, District - Thane. Hence, I pass the following order:

:: O R D E R ::

(i) Criminal Application No.806 of 2018 is allowed; (ii) The condition stipulated in paragraph 9(iii) of order dated 6th February, 2017, directing that applicant shall not reside in village Tulshi, is relaxed;

(iii) Applicant is directed to report Padgha Police Station, Bhiwandi, District - Thane, once in a month on first Monday of the month between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, till further orders; (iv) Criminal Application No.806 of 2018, stands disposed of.
