Petitioner submits that the he has been given requisite certificates by the Registrar of Principal Bench of Bombay High Court and also by the Registrar of Aurangabad Bench. It is submitted that respondent No.3 is directed to consider both the certificates for calculating the entire period of practice and take appropriate decisions in regard to the petitioner's claim.

Learned AGP submits that both the certificates will be considered and appropriate decision may be taken in accordance with law. 5.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in the petition and accordingly the petition is disposed of.
