Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the petition is fled in this Court for quashment of the First Information Report bearing C.R.No.3 of 2021 dated 2.1.2021 lodged at Azad Maidan Police Station against the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that during the pendency of the petition the investigating agency completed the exercise of investigation and fled the charge-sheet. In view of these facts, learned counsel prayed for an amendment to place on record a copy of charge-sheet AGP 1/2

P5.IA.2482.2021 in WP.3620.21.doc as well as raising additional grounds and consequential prayers in the petition. When a specifc query was put to the learned counsel for the applicant, whether any interim order is passed in the petition, the learned counsel submitted that no interim order is passed in the petition. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the applicant, oral prayer for amendment is allowed. Necessary amendments to be carried out within one week from today. Needless to state that an amended copy of the petition be served on the other side. A copy of charge-sheet and certain other material is a form of report of internal committee. 3.
