Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed by consent :

i.

The Appellant / Applicant withdraws the above Second Appeal and accepts the Decree of divorce passed by the District Judge, Gadhinglaj. ii.

An amount of Rs. 5 Lacs is paid by way of demand draft by the Respondent to the Applicant towards permanent alimony.

iii.

All allegations made by the parties against each other stand unconditionally withdrawn.

iv.

Parties undertake to withdraw all the pending complaints as well as civil / criminal cases filed against each other within a period of four weeks from today. The

v.

The above Second Appeal as well as Civil Application are accordingly disposed off.
