This application is in appeal against conviction wherein sentence is for life, the applicant/appellant is seeking relief under Section 389 of Code of Criminal Procedure, suspension of sentence and grant of bail. 2.

We have appreciated the testimony of the eye-witness who has specifically implicated the applicant in the offence in question. There is a strong evidence against the applicant. That being so, no case for bail and suspension of sentence is made out.
