We are inclined to dispose of present Writ Petition by directing concerned officers of respondents No. 1 to 3 to decide the representation dated 31/03/2015 filed by the petitioners based upon various orders passed by this Court and specifically in Writ Petition No. 5185 of 2014 and Writ Petition No. 3815 of 2012 and as the same is pending. Therefore, in the interest of justice, we direct respondents to decide the representation made by petitioners as early as possible, preferably within 4 weeks in accordance with law. 1/3

In the event, if petitioner No.3 has not filed any representation, liberty is granted to file representation within one week. Representation to be decided 4 weeks thereafter accordingly. 3.
