It appears that Mr.Shinram Kondaji Raghav, the sole respondent, has already expired. Since last several years, no steps have been taken to bring the legal heirs on record of deceased respondents. The appeal is therefore abated. For the aforesaid reason, the appeal is disposed of as abated.

The Civil Application No.1207 of 2011, by which, the Maharashtra Krishna Valley Development Corporation seeks intervention in this Appeal does not survive and the same is also disposed of.
