--------------------- CORAM : SHARMILA U. DESHMUKH, J.

DATE : NOVEMBER 8, 2023 P. C. :

1.

By this contempt petition, contempt is alleged of the order dated 5th March, 2022 passed by the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai in Petition No. A-1991/2021 in respect of the interim access of the minor son. The record indicates that a mediator had been appointed in the matter to explore the possibility of amicable settlement. 2.

Today, learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the matter has been settled between the parties and tendered copy of the consent terms.

3.

Perusal of the consent terms indicates that the issue of access has

501-CP-442-2023.doc been settled between the parties and certain terms have been arrived at which results in modifying the order of 5th March, 2022. 4.

In view of the consent terms between the parties, I am not inclined to entertain the contempt petition alleging contempt of order dated 5th March 2022.

5.

Petition is dismissed.
