This application is for condonation of 7 days delay in filing Second Appeal challenging the judgment and decree dated 15.04.2014 passed by Ad-hoc District Judge-1, Sangli in Regular Civil Appeal no. 160 of 2007.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

i) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which read thus:
