Since an alternate remedy of filing an appeal under section 29 of the Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act,2005 is available, motion for withdrawal of the present petition is allowed with liberty to prefer an appeal under section 29 of the said Act.

The petition, as such, stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to prefer an appeal as prayed. Time consumed for prosecuting the present writ petition will be considered at the time of deciding an issue of limitation, if so raised in appeal.
