After arguing the Petition for some time, the petitioner seeks to withdraw this Petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy by approaching the Civil Court under the Code of the Civil Procedure. With the aforesaid liberty, Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All the contentions of the parties are kept open.
