The applicant has moved this application to stay the effect Execution/Operation and implementation of the Judgment and Award dated 28/02/2014 passed in M.A.C.T. Petition No.410 of 2007 by the Member, Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Nashik.

In view of submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the applicant-Insurance Company is permitted to deposit the decretal amount within a period of four weeks from today. Upon deposit of the decretal amount, there shall be adinterim relief in terms of prayer clause (a) of the Application. 4.
