None for the Applicant. This Application is under section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 made by the wife seeking transfer of M.P.No.175/2017 filed by the Respondent husband before the Family Court Thane to Family Court Pune.

The learned counsel for the Respondent submits that they filed caveat and also served a copy of the same on the Applicant by their letter. She submits that in spite of that the Applicant has failed and neglected to serve a copy of the Application on them.

Hence, following order is passed.

The Applicant to provide a copy of the Misc.

Civil Application along with all exhibits to the Respondent on or before 12.01.2018, failing which the Misc. Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

If copy of the Misc. Civil Application is provided within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, the Respondent to file their reply, if any, with copy to other side on or before 25.01.2018.
