Learned counsel for the applicant - Insurance Company submits that the Insurance Company has deposited the entire decretal amount of Rs.3,84,455/- with the Commissioner of Employees' Compensation, Nashik and therefore, the operation, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 8th March, 2016 passed by the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Judge, 2nd Labour Court, Nashik in W.C. (AF) No.21 of 2010 be stayed.

A photocopy of a cheque of Rs.3,84,455/- is produced by 1/2

p505-caf4789-16 the learned counsel for the applicant in compliance with section 30 of the Employees Compensation Act. In view of this, the impugned judgment and award passed by the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Judge, 2nd Labour Court, Nashik is hereby stayed till final hearing of the first appeal.
