Heard learned counsel. One of the prayers is to expedite consideration of appeal pending before Respondent No.2. The said appeal has been preferred against the order of Additional Commissioner dated 14/11/2018 rejecting parole leave to the petitioner. 2.

Learned APP has pointed out that in application filed before the Additional Commissioner on 19/10/2018, the reason given is illness of wife. We do not wish to go into this disputed aspects as the appeal is pending. We direct Respondent No.2 the Appellate Authority to decide the same on its own merit as per law within 4 weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With these directions, we partly allow the petition and dispose it of. No costs.
