This is an application for condonation of delay and for restoration of Writ Petition No. 4769 of 2017 which was disposed of by a common Judgment dated 11.02.2020 in a group of petitions being Writ Petition No. 2479 of 2015 and others. 2.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that dispute involved in the present petition was distinct than the issue involved in the batch of petitions, which were decided on 11.02.2020. It is submitted that Writ Petition No. 4769 of 2017 was wrongly tagged with Writ Petition No. 2479 of 2015 and Sneha Chavan page 1 of 2

35-ia-16861-2022 in wp-4769-2017= others. This aspect is not disputed by the learned counsel for the Respondents.

In such circumstances, the order dated 11.02.2020 to the extent of disposing of Writ Petition No. 4769 of 2017, is recalled. Writ Petition No. 4769 is restored back to file. 3.

Petition to stand over to 23.09.2022 along with Writ Petition No. 8727 of 2018 for admission.
