The learned counsel for the Appellants submitted that the valuation of the suit is Rs.20,50,000/- i.e. below Rs.1 Crore. Therefore, he prays that this Appeal needs to be transferred to District Court, Thane in view of the notification issued by Law and Judiciary Department dated 31st August, 2015.

As per the Notification No.CCS.2014/C.R.-25/D-19, dated 31st August, 2015, the suits having valuation upto Rs.1 Crore are to be transferred to District Court with effect from 1st September, 2015. Hence, this Appeal be transferred to District Court, Thane. Earlier order, if any, to continue till then.

The Registrar (Judicial) is hereby directed to transfer this Appeal before 4th December, 2015 to the District Court, Thane. 4.

Registry to accept reply in Civil Application No.3235 of 2015 and entire matter is to be sent to the District Court Thane. 5.

The parties are directed to appear before the learned Principal District Judge, Thane on 9th December, 2015.

The Appeal and the Civil Applications are disposed of as transferred.
