The present application dated 5.4.2015 is received through Jail. In the present application the applicant has prayed that he may be released on bail by directing to submit minimum possible surety. The learned APP. has produced a copy of the order dated 11.7.2014 passed in Criminal Application No.5/2014 thereby directing to release the applicant on bail on certain conditions. The learned APP. also produced a report dated 20.7.2016 received by her from Superintendent of Nashik Central Prison stating that the applicant has been released from Jail on bail on 7.10.2015. The said report is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. In view of the above, nothing survives in the present application and the same is accordingly disposed off.
