4-CAO-446-2018.doc The Applicant has stated that the Original-Claimant is the unfortunate mother who has lost her only son. Prior to the accident of her son, she also lost her husband. She is a home maker. According to her, case is made out. She has further stated that she is in financial difficulty. According to her, case is made out to allow this Application.

The Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The Application accordingly disposed of.
