The above Civil Application has been filed for bringing the legal heirs of the Respondent No.1 in the above Petition who is the Petitioner No.2 in the companion Writ Petition No.447 of 2014 and record. By an order passed today in Civil Application No.2795 of 2014, the heirs of the Petitioner No.2 in the said Petition have been allowed to be brought on record. Having regard to the said order, the instant Application would also have to be allowed and is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the heirs of the Respondent No.1 are allowed to be brought on record.
